What payment methods do More Than Sl
ot (MTS) accept? 

We accept various methods of payment:

- Credit/debit card.

- PayPal

- Bank money transfer. If you prefer this option please contact us at info@morethanslot.com and we will give you our bank details.

 

I forgot my password:

If you forgot your password, please click “Forgot Your Password?” in the “Sign in” page and follow the instructions. We will send you an email to create a new password.

 

Do I need to register to place an order?

No, MTS do not require customers to register to place an order, you can place your order by clicking “Check out as a Guest”.

However, registered customers are entitled to enjoy the following benefits:

-       Track your orders.

-       Receive information periodically about new brands and models

-       Save your addresses for faster shopping.

 

How do I change my account information? 

Simply sign in through the “My account” section and edit your information or add a new address.

 

How can I receive information about new brands and models? 

Register and sign up to our email updates to receive all the latest news as well as information about our upcoming sales.

 

Can I unsuscribe from MTS newsletters? 

Yes. Simply click “unsuscribe” at the bottom of one of our emails.

 


How do I know if an item is in stock?

 

All items are in stock unless "Out of Stock" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, another customer can still buy it until you have completed your order. 

 


Do you offer a repairs service?
 

If you need to repair an item or you need some kind of spare part we can get in touch with the brand for you and manage the repair or pieces request. Please, contact us through info@morethanslot.com

 

 Is it safe to use my credit card online? 

When you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will notice it begin with “https”, instead of the normal “http”. The "s" indicates that you are in secure mode.

Additionally, to ensure your information is kept private, we do not process or store any payment information in our database.

 

When will my order be shipped? 

Your order will be fulfilled within one business day, subject to card clearance and stock availability.  We operate Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish bank holidays.

 

Which countries does MTS ship to and what are the shipping charges?

Can I track my order? 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including your tracking number.


If you have created an account at MTS online store, you will be able to view and track your order.

Simply sign in to your account and click on “My Account” and then “My Orders”. The status of your orders will be displayed.

How do I return an item? 

If you would like to Return an item or items purchased from the More Than Slot Online Store, you may do so within fourteen (14) working days following the date of delivery. You will be refunded the amount paid for the ítem(s) within a maximum period of five (5) days of receiving and approving the Return.

The article(s) must be in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging, along with all the accessories, to the following address:

More Than Slot will refund the amount paid (excluding any delivery costs) to your credit card or PayPal account with which you made the payment. Only the original purchaser of the product(s) can request to make a return as the refund will be directly made to the card with which the payment was made. 

More Than Slot will not be responsible or liable if any item(s) you wish to return is lost, misdirected or delivered late. The customer must bear the risks of shipping their purchase.

I received a faulty good. What should I do?

 

We will help you arrange the return shipping. Since we need to know the details of the damage before we decide how to return the item, please do not send anything back to us without our knowledge and confirmation.

Items are considered faulty if they are received damaged, or when a manufacturing defect occurs. Please note that items damaged as a result of use are not considered faulty.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

You will be refunded via the original payment method, including shipping costs for defective items or orders canceled under the DSRs only; otherwise, shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

Once my order has been returned, how long will it take for my refund to be processed? 

We will make every effort to ensure a prompt refund and will send an email notification when your return is processed. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days from the date of receipt to our return location.

Please note that credit/debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on the cards issuers and their processing.

 

Can I add items to my existing order?

 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order and place a new order with all the items you would like together.

 

Exchanges

You may exchange the items purchased from More Than Slot Online Store within thirty (30) calendar days with the official invoice of your online purchase. Item(s) must be in their original condition and with their original packaging and their corresponding accessories in order to be exchanged. Any other product purchased which has been personalized or is part of special pre-order collections, is not subject to the Exchanges and Returns policy.
